Whether this is your first session or your fifteenth, you’re welcome here. The booking process is simple. All services are bookable online. Choose a service, pick a time that works for you, and I’ll see you soon.
What to expect
You’ll arrive at the location or settle in at home for a remote session. We’ll have a brief chat about how you’re feeling and anything you’d like the energy to focus on. You’ll then lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table. My hands will rest gently above or lightly on your body, moving through different positions as the session unfolds. You don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to believe anything. The energy does the work. Full sessions run for about an hour and Mini Reiki Sessions are 20-mins. Most people leave a little lighter than they arrived. Many sleep better that night.
