As with remote human sessions, it’s nice to book the session at a time when the animal will be likely be at rest (ie. not on a walk, horse not being ridden). For working animals, it’s ideal that they do not have any work commitments for the rest of the day after a session.
The animal should have easy access to food and water during and after the session. They can experience all of the same responses that are possible during in-person sessions.
I will send you a text message when I am about to begin and also at the conclusion of the session.
Within 24 hours I will email you my notes/observations from the session and welcome a follow-up phone call if you wish.
