For anyone who’s already limping toward Christmas
The end of the year has a way of asking for a last cup of energy that most of us don’t have to give. Christmas demands. Family demands. The year that was demands to be closed off. And then there’s a new year to orient ourselves in, right when we’re most depleted.
I’ve put this package together for anyone who wants to move through that season with a bit of support, and step into 2027 with more of themselves intact.
What’s included
Four Reiki sessions across five months. Two in person at my home studio in Mount Macedon, and two remote sessions you can receive from wherever you are.
October (in person, home studio): Rest.
A session to slow down and begin the release of what the year has asked of you.
November (online): Clear.
A remote session, received from wherever you are, to move what’s ready to be moved.
December (online): Energise.
A remote session to restore some of what’s been depleted through the last weeks of the year.
February (in person, home studio): Align.
A session to help you settle into what you want the year ahead to be.
Why online for November and December
The online sessions land during the busiest weeks of the year, and that’s intentional. Christmas prep and end-of-year chaos leave little room to travel to appointments. During those months, you can receive Reiki from your own bed or couch, with a candle lit and nowhere to be afterwards. No driving. No changing out of comfortable clothes.
If you’ve never tried a remote session before, many people find them more restful than in-person sessions because they don’t have to travel home afterwards. You lie down at a pre-arranged time, I work with your energy from my studio, and afterwards I send you a short written note about what came through.
Remote Reiki is just as effective as in-person Reiki. Energy isn’t bound by location.
Why February for the final session
The Align session is deliberately in February, not January. January is still holiday recovery and back-to-school chaos for most people. By February, life has resumed its rhythm and you have the space to actually think about the year ahead. That’s when the Align session lands hardest.
Why four sessions
A single Reiki session can be genuinely powerful, and sometimes that’s exactly what someone needs. But for those who want to work with the energy across a longer stretch, something else happens.
Reiki works in layers. It knows what you need when you arrive, and it knows what needs attention first. When you have several sessions across a few months, the energy can work through each layer, one at a time. There’s a cumulative unfolding that a single session, powerful as it is, doesn’t have the space to offer.
By February, you’ll have rested, released what you’re ready to let go of, restored your energy, and started to align with what you want for the year ahead. Not a magic trick. A quiet unfolding.
How the booking works
Once your payment is received, I’ll email you a code to book your four sessions through my online booking system. You’ll book one session per month across October, November, December and February.
Booking is flexible within each month. If you need to shift a session for a specific reason, just get in touch.
Sessions must be booked and used by 31 March 2027.
Cost
$321 (yes, the number is deliberate)
That works out to roughly $80 per session, a small saving on booking the sessions individually. Payment is a single upfront cost through Stripe.

I’m Sarah Katsavos, a Reiki Master based in Mount Macedon. My practice is called Reiki Bean and I work with people (and animals) across the Macedon Ranges and remotely from anywhere in the world.

FAQs
Can I gift this package to someone else?
Yes, though I’d suggest getting in touch with me first so we can arrange it thoughtfully. It’s important that the recipient chooses their own booking times.
What if I miss a session in a particular month?
Life happens. If you need to shift a session, we’ll work something out. All sessions need to be used by 31 March 2027.
Can I make them all online/remote sessions?
Absolutely! If you’re busy/traveling over this period we can easily deliver the entire package remotely.
Is there a refund policy?
The package is non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If a genuine emergency comes up, please contact me.
Do I need to have had Reiki before to buy this package?
No. If you’re new to Reiki, this is actually a lovely way to start because the four sessions give you time to properly experience how it works.
